What we collect
Your name and email when you create an account, the documents you upload, the names, emails and phone numbers of your signers, and a record of each signing event, including time and IP address, which forms part of the Certificate of Execution.
How we use it
Only to run Carta Ink: to deliver documents for signature, seal them, send copies and keep your records. We do not sell your information.
How documents are stored
Documents are kept in private storage and are shown only to you and the people you send them to.
